The Necessitative Mood (Gereklilik Kipi) expresses necessity, obligation, or strong advice, similar to "must," "should," or "have to" in English.
Suffix Formation:
The suffix is -meli or -malı, depending on A-Type vowel harmony.
- gel- + -meli → gelmeli (must/should come)
- yap- + -malı → yapmalı (must/should do)
